delivery and shipping conditions

1. delivery address
   Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering.

2. shipping costs
   Costs for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

3. delivery times
   Estimated delivery times are displayed during the order process. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors (e.g. weather, holidays).

4. shipping methods
   We ship with Swiss Post . The choice of shipping method depends on the product and delivery location.

5. shipment tracking
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can view the status of your delivery at any time.
