RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
return period
- You can return products within 3 days of receiving the goods .
- Items must be in the same condition as when received.

- The refund will be made in full, but without reimbursement of shipping costs.
- The customer bears the costs for the return shipment .

- Tracking code : After returning the item, please send us the tracking code by email.
- Refund : We will refund the full price of the product within 14 working days after receiving the item. Please include your order number when returning the item.
Special Notes
- Hygiene products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
- The return address will be communicated to you after contact and varies depending on your place of residence.
LOST ITEMS IN TRANSPORT / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- By placing your order you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframe, however external factors such as customs checks may cause delays.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Arliarlux does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages delivered to the provided address. Upon request, we can confirm delivery to the provided address, delivery date, and tracking and carrier information.
